The workshop focuses on mixed cultures and shared values within international teams. The underlying question is how can we communicate authentically and also politically correct.

About the instructor: Diana Labisch studied American Studies at Leipzig University and holds a PhD in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University, California/ USA. Her work experience includes international higher education organisations as well as private companies. Diana Labisch has been engaged in the Mentoring programme from the beginning.
